Food was good as usual, authentic and tasty. The double boil soup with ham was just right and not salty. The sea cucumber dish with stewed pork belly was yummy. The cauliflower dish has the right amount of heat and spice. Appetisers with pork, fish, and eggs were all good. However, there were only a couple of servers for almost full house. Therefore service was slow. Empty plates were piled up on the table and were not cleared away. Service can improve given such good food.
