  The food was very good both in terms of quality & quantity.
  However the service was bit sub-standard for a 5 star hotel.
  Almost everything we asked we had to ask twice, like a glass of water, replacing a dirty napkin, an extra set of knife & fork. We asked for butter which took a long time & the waitress explained they ran out of butter & had to get it from another outlet! Also we haven’t even finished our appetisers & our main courses came. Thought they would ask us bf preparing the mains or allow us a little more time for the first course.
  It would be nice if coffee/tea included for a more complete meal. A separate order costs $75!!
  Overall we had a good meal & $248+10% is def value for money taking into account food quality, ambience & location.
