  Honestly quite disappointing Experience. Priced at 568 per person including free flow and Food is not worth the price. Free flow does not really exist. You have to ask all the time for refill as the Waiters are not really attendive. The Food is actually even more worse. The Salmon Benedict where cold and the Eggs cool like out of the ice water. The Hollandaise was like a thick paste which actually looked like a spread more then a Sauce. The Foie gras overcooked on untoasted Bread, soggy and tough. The Lobster Thermidor completely cooked to death and chewy like a Shoesole. Only the Main course was up to standard for this price class and the Desserts where pleasant. I have been to a dozen of Brunches in HK and this was the worst experience we had in terms of food and free flow in this price class. I am working in F&B for 25 years and expecting something more in this Price class. On the other Hand I have to say that the Hotel and the Bar itself is beautiful. The Food is just not up to Standard for this.
