  My wife and I visited Café Lisboa for dinner last night under the Dining City Restaurant Week offer. I won't lie. We were attracted by the award recently bestowed on them for "best value". So the long and short of it is, that the restaurant does offer ''more than a reasonable"' amount of food at a better than average quality for the HK 398 price. The meal opened up with a nice pouch of warm bread with butter, olives and a pate accompanying. We found the latter two to be very good. This was followed by number of appetizers - we thought the clams were especially noteworthy! My wife tried the suckling pig as a main and I opted for the beef cheek. Suckling pig is supposed to be a signature dish but we didn't find this to be extraordinary. We did however, find the beef cheek dish to be well above par and quite tasty and flavorful. The only setback of the evening may have been desert which probably wasn't on par with the rest of the meal - although it wasn't bad mind you. I rated atmosphere as 3 starts purely due to the proximity of the tables being quite close together.
