  First of the service was impeccable which is rare in Hong Kong. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived at the restaurant. The food, however, have space for improvement. For us, sauces/marinade of most dishes are a bit heavy, more acidity/zesty or sweet/tang play in flavor would have been more refreshing and scrumptious. The tomato marinade for burrata, pasta and sea bass are all similar in taste which made the experience dull. The Lobster Bisque and hurrays was savory, but as mentioned above pairing capers and olive along with strong tomato paste for the burrata made the dish less appealing.And also, the third dish in general was too rich after a plate of pasta, especially the crusted beef tatare, which was the worst. expectations were that it was still a tartare inside the crispy crust or at least pretty rare on the inside. In reality, the beef was over cooked and tasted some what like minced beef and blunt.
