“DINE MORE EARN MORE”

Terms & Conditions
The “DINE MORE EARN MORE” Diner Incentive Program (“Promotion”) runs during Hong Kong Restaurant Week Spring 2026, from 5 March 2026 to 5 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

 

Eligibility  
- Customers are required to register as a DiningCity Member (“Member”) and provide the following information (“Required Information”) in his/ her account to participate in the Promotion: 
i) Valid Email address; 
ii) English name identical to the one shown on any identify verification document (e.g., HKID card, credit card, student card, etc.); 
- If any of the winners who failed to provide the Required Information in his/her DiningCity account, DiningCity reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s prize.  
- Only bookings and/or seats that are completed, meaning the member has booked, attended and settled the payment for, are eligible to count the cumulative total spending or score points in the Promotion (“Completed Booking”). Non-attendance or cancellation of booking or seats on the Member’s will not be counted in the cumulative total spending or accumulation of score points. 
- Members can check their live ranking on the ranking chart on the Hong Kong Restaurant Week DiningCity App or website. The member’s nickname and display picture will be displayed on the ranking chart. 
- Employees of DiningCity can participate in the Promotion and adhere to the same set of terms and conditions of the Promotion; the chance of winning will be identical to all other participants. 
  

Points Collection Mechanism  

Promotion is on a tiered ranking basis to determine the top 200 Winners. Rankings are determined in two sequential stages as follows:

1. Ranks 1–100 

Participants are ranked based on cumulative total spending across all successful and completed bookings during the Promotion Period. The top 100 participants with the highest cumulative total spending will be awarded Ranks 1 to 100.

Cumulative total spending is calculated as: (Number of actual seats attended per completed booking) × (Menu price per person)

The menu price refers to the price displayed on the DiningCity App or the Hong Kong Restaurant Week website, with the final price determined as of 10:00 AM on 8 April 2026. Any add-on items (e.g., extra dishes ordered beyond the set menu), à la carte orders, beverages, service charge or other incidental fees will not be counted toward cumulative total spending.

2. Ranks 101–200 

After assigning Ranks 1–100, remaining eligible participants are ranked based on accumulated score points. The 100 participants with the highest accumulated score points will be awarded Ranks 101 to 200. Members earn points in the following ways:

  • Get 10 points for each successful and completed booking
  • Get 5 points for each completed booking review (at least 100 characters)*

The aforementioned score points accumulation refers to this promotion only and are not equivalent to the amount of DiningCity Membership points a member would receive for bookings and reviews made under Hong Kong Restaurant Week.
*The review points will only be counted if each review is written after a completed booking (a verified badge will be displayed next to your comment) and reviews must have at least 100 characters (including spacing, punctuation, and emojis). Each booking earns points for the first review only, any deleted review and re-posting will not be earning any points.

 

Prize & Redemption
- A total of 200 top-ranking members (“Winners”) during the Program Period (“Winners”), will be awarded a prize from the designated prize list (the “Prize list”, detailed below), corresponding to their respective ranking. 
- The rankings will be finalized on 10:00 AM on 8 April 2026. If the points scored are the same for two members, the member with an earlier registration time on the DiningCity platform will precede in ranking.   
- Winners will be notified of their prize details at the email address registered in their DiningCity membership account by 15 April 2026, providing redemption details and relevant Terms & Conditions.
- Only members who have successfully subscribed to DiningCity Newsletter will receive the Winner Confirmation Email. For those who have cancelled their subscriptions or have not successfully received the email, DiningCity will contact them individually, and will resend the confirmation email after obtaining their consent.
- Unless otherwise stated, the redemption period will be valid from 16 April – 17 May 2026.

 

Prize List

Ranked 1-200: a complimentary meal of Winners’ Edition menu for 1 person or equivalent to (the “Prize”) from one of the designated Participating Restaurants*
*Participating Restaurants refer to those winning restaurants in Hong Kong Restaurant Week Spring 2026 entering the Winners’ Edition.   
*The order of prize allocation will be determined based on the restaurants' menu pricing categories in the Winners' Edition (from Elite Signature, Elite, Category A to Category B), combined with each restaurant's popularity ranking within its respective pricing category.
 

General  
- All photos displayed are for reference only. 
- Product information / descriptions / prices / services / offers / food / beverage / menu descriptions featured in promotion materials are provided by the respective Participating Restaurants and are for reference only; DiningCity shall have no liability in this respect. 
- DiningCity is not the supplier of the products / services / offers / food / beverage to be purchased, please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details. DiningCity accepts no liability for the quality of products / services / offers / food / beverage provided by the respective Participating Restaurants. 
- DiningCity and Participating Restaurants reserve the right to change or cancel the Promotion or amend the terms and conditions. Please check DiningCity App / website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the Offer. 
- Participants will not be able to enjoy the Dining Voucher nor be eligible to participate in the Promotion if DiningCity believes one has acted in a fraudulent or abusive way. 
- In case of any disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of DiningCity shall be final and conclusive. 
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotion materials or the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
