  My husband and I had lunch at New York Cut yesterday. The venue was brightly lit, which we like. The Manager Kaman was friendly and helpful. Charcoal bread with butter & garlic were served. For appetizer, I ordered beef tartare and my husband had parma ham, burrata cheese with tomatoes. Both were good.

  For main, we ordered USDA Brandt prime ribeye and braised Australian wagyu beef cheek with vegetables. Both were delicious.

  Dessert was Cremia milk softie with crushed cookies at the base. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. Plan to revisit to try its bone-in prime rib.
